1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Time Frame: Customers can cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing the order without any penalty. After this period, cancellations will be subject to the status of the order.
- Procedure: To cancel an order, customers must log in to their account, navigate to their order history, and select the order they wish to cancel. Alternatively, customers can contact our customer support team with their order details.
- Refunds: If the order is canceled within the 12-hour window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. For cancellations beyond this period, refunds will be processed based on the order status and the seller’s policies.
2. Order Cancellation by Seller
- Out of Stock: If an item becomes unavailable or is out of stock, the seller must notify the customer as soon as possible. The customer will be given the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- Order Errors: If there is an error in the order (e.g., incorrect price, description), the seller has the right to cancel the order. The customer will be notified and refunded in full.
3. Non-Cancellable Items
- Custom or Personalized Items: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
- Digital Products: Orders for digital products (e.g., downloads, software) cannot be canceled once the product has been delivered or accessed.
4. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and the customer’s bank.
- Notification: Customers will receive a notification email once their refund has been processed.
